This is a 3-day program aimed basically for those who want to get a feel of Ayurveda. This program starts with a consultation with our Ayurveda doctor, who ascertains your body type through proper ayurvedic diagnosis. The Ayurvedic treatments during this program include three body massages by our experienced masseurs and five ayurvedic treatments.

Mitra Health Week

This 7-day Ayurvedic health program starts with a consultation and after ascertaining your body type and present condition, a Ayurveda treatment schedule comprising of one or more types of treatments will be rendered. Ayurvedic lunch will be served on request.**

Cost = 225/- Euro.
Duration 7 Days.

Ayurveda Treatments can / may include Abhyanjen, Kizhi, Shirodhara, Pizhichil, as prescribed by the Doctor. It is inclusive of all internal medicines used during the treatment process. Optional Ayurvedic lunch.

Mitra Beautiful Week

This 7-day Ayurveda Beauty program starts with a consultation and after ascertaining your body type by our Ayurveda physician a treatment schedule will be made keeping your body and skin type in mind. Apart from the regular Ayurvedic treatments this programme includes Ayurvedic face and body packs. A Special Ayurvedic hair nourishing treatment will complement the total package. Ayurvedic lunch will be served on request. **

Mitra Touch of Health

This is a 14-day introductory Ayurveda program to Panchakarma - the renowned body purification and rejuvenation treatment. The Ayurveda treatments include snehapanam (intake of medicated ghee), different types of Ayurveda body massages, kizhi (body fomentation process), Swedanam (medicated steam baths) etc and then pizhichil and shirodhara. Ayurvedic breakfast and lunch arranged on all days.

Duration 14 Days.

Mitra Harmony

This is a 3-week Panchakarma program which enlightens your mind, body and soul. After the consultation, an Ayurveda treatment schedule is made keeping your body type, present condition and needs in mind. The pre-operative measures, main purification process and post-operative procedures are carried out with precision. Ayurvedic breakfast and Lunch will complement the treatment procedures. Ayurvedic medicines will be given during the duration of treatment.

Duration 21 Days.

This is a Panchakarma program for a full lunar cycle to gain perfect remedy for rheumatoid arthritis, cervical spondylosis, obesity and psoriasis, and back pain and obesity. The special Ayturveda treatment schedule formulated by Dr. Sreedharan works wonders with your body and mind. Ayurvedic diet and Ayurvedic medicines complement the treatments.
