Mitra Health Week
This 7-day health program starts with a consultation and after ascertaining your body type and present condition, a treatment schedule comprising of one or more types of treatments will be rendered. The treatment will be accompanied by the prana yoga sessions. Ayurvedic lunch will be served on request.

Treatments can / may include Abhyanjen, Kizhi, Shirodhara, Pizhichil, as prescribed by the Doctor. It is inclusive of all internal medicines used during the treatment process and includes a six day yoga session. Optional Ayurvedic lunch.
