This is a 3-day program aimed basically for those who want to get a feel of Ayurveda. This program starts with a consultation with the doctor, who ascertains your body type through proper ayurvedic diagnosis. The treatments during this program include three body massages by our experienced masseurs and five ayurvedic treatments.
