This is a 14-day introductory Ayurveda program to Panchakarma - the renowned body purification and rejuvenation treatment. The Ayurveda treatments include snehapanam (intake of medicated ghee), different types of Ayurveda body massages, kizhi (body fomentation process), Swedanam (medicated steam baths) etc and then pizhichil and shirodhara. Ayurvedic breakfast and lunch arranged on all days.
